DarkSide Dragonsis a quintessential family-run hobby in every way. Our entire familiy - from our five-year-old daughter to Nana and Papa - participate in our venture. Although all our dragons are our beloved pets, we do take the opportunity every year to carefully plan a few breeding projects. Our collection of animals are as varied in colour as the rainbow itself, and all are carefully chosen for breeding with not only colour in mind, but also temperment. We want our babies to not only be high quality colour, for the discriminating breeder/owner, but friendly and calm pets for anyone to enjoy. With this in mind, we carefully hand-raise our beardie offspring through daily interaction, handling and even hand feeding! Nana is the Chief Executive Socializer and spends hours daily feeding and interacting with all our dragons babies to ensure everone is on the way to becoming fantastic pets. We can do this because we carefully choose our parings and do not mass-produce.
